4. Booking & Payment Terms
- Booking of property units is subject to availability and confirmation by the concerned builder or developer.
- All payments must be made through approved banking channels only.
- Booking amounts are generally non-refundable unless specified otherwise in writing by AL-PCM Infra or the developer.
- Payment schedules will be governed by the respective project’s payment plan shared at the time of booking.
5. Representations & Warranties
- While AL-PCM Infra ensures only verified projects are promoted, property details, layouts, and prices are subject to the developer’s discretion and may change without prior notice.
- We do not guarantee the completion timeline of projects — such matters rest solely with the concerned builder/developer.
- Buyers are advised to verify all documents, RERA registration details, and approvals before finalizing transactions.
6. Client Responsibilities
- Clients must provide accurate information during inquiry or booking.
- Clients are responsible for reading all legal documents (e.g., sale agreements, builder-buyer agreements) before signing.
- Any misrepresentation of identity, documents, or financial credentials may result in service termination and legal action.
7. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation policies differ across developers and projects. AL-PCM Infra will assist clients in accordance with the project’s terms.
- In case of refunds (if applicable), they are processed as per the builder’s refund policy and may take up to 45 working days.
- Consultancy fees charged by AL-PCM Infra (if any) are non-refundable.
8. Limitation of Liability
AL-PCM Infra Private Ltd. acts solely as a facilitator and shall not be held liable for delays, disputes, construction issues, or defaults by developers. Our liability, if any, shall be limited only to the value of the services directly availed from our company.
9. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, graphics, logos, and property listings, are the intellectual property of AL-PCM Infra Private Ltd. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or use without written consent is strictly prohibited.
10. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality of client data and do not disclose personal information except as required by law or with the client’s explicit consent, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
11. Force Majeure
We shall not be held liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural calamities, pandemics, government actions, or network disruptions.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
